About the role
We are a tech startup based in the heart of Athens. We make products that can save a significant amount of time from laborious and resource-intensive activities across various industries. Currently, we are doing our magic in the iGaming industry and we have a pipeline to deliver automating tools in other industries too.
We are cultivating an agile and highly collaborative work environment. We operate in a flat structure and everyone is encouraged to throw ideas to the table. We are currently looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design of our product experiences — from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototypes and design systems.

Responsibilities
- Lead the design process from concept to final handoff
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma
- Develop and maintain our design system and component library
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure design feasibility and quality
- Mentor junior designers and advocate for user-centered design
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design
- Experience with user research methodologies
- Excellent visual design skills and typography knowledge
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Fantastic to have
- Experience designing for SaaS or B2B platforms
- Knowledge of frontend development (HTML, CSS, React)
- Experience with motion design and micro-interactions
